Spanish courses and Sports in Alicante overview

Study Spanish and activity program in Alicante only available for groups with a minimum of 8 people and from May to October.

Spanish course and sports includes:  

• 1 week or 2 weeks Spanish Course with 3 Spanish lessons per day
• A great variety of sports activities: light aircraft outings, canoeing in calm water lakes, scuba, rock climbing, horse riding in valleys, biking on mountain paths, visits to hidden forest caves... all this surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.  Sport activities are programmed for half-days on Monday through Friday, and full-time on weekends.  

Sport activities are organized by ZadorSpain in cooperation with companies that specialize in outdoor activities that are operated by highly trained and experienced professionals.

Participants are provided with instruction and the necessary material for each sport –when necessary- as well as specific insurance and transport.

A trained specialist guides each sport activity and accompanies the participants.  

Meals are not included, except in specified cases and the farewell dinner.

Holiday Spanish language course in Alicante, Spain

In the Spanish language lessons:

• You work on a variety of skills: Speaking and Fluency, Interaction, Listening and Reading Comprehension, Writing.
• There is a great focus on oral skills so that you develop an ability to communicate fluently, accurately and efficiently in Spanish language.

Sport activities program in Alicante, Spain

This is a sport program for a group with a minimum of 8 people coming together.

Here you have a sample sport activity program. You may change the sport activities according to your interests and preferences:

• 1st day Monday 16:00 - 19:30
  KAYAKS in Guadalest: After some brief theoretical notions, we will be able to row down the river in kayaks, either alone or in pairs.
  Duration: approximately 2 hours.
  Includes: Transport from Alicante, guide - trainer and insurance.
  Material needed: Spare clothes and shoes, swimsuits.
  
  
• 2nd day Tuesday 16:30 - 19:00
  ROUTE ON HORSEBACK: In the area surrounding Alicante, you can learn how to ride a horse or you can take a walk on the varied nature paths, enjoying the magnificent views
  Duration: 2 hours course/walk approximately.
  Includes: Transport from Alicante to the Riding Club, guide- trainer and insurance.
  Material needed: Clothes suitable for the weather conditions, jeans, boots or sturdy shoes.
  
  
• 3rd day Wednesday 16:00 - 18:30
  SCUBA DIVING – SEA BAPTISM: A trainer will teach you how to put on the equipment, how to breathe and swim underwater, so that you can observe the sea beds.  
  Duration: 2 hours approximately
  Includes: theoretical and practical instruction taught by a qualified trainer, 1 trainer for every 2 people, boat ride to the diving point, all the material needed, two dives and insurance.
  Material needed: swimsuits and towel.
  
  
• 4th day Thursday: Free day

• 5th day Friday 15:30 - 19:30
  MOUNTAINBIKE TOUR: For a fun and exciting time and to show off what good shape you are in, we invite you to take a biking tour following a mountain route.
  Duration: Approximately 3 hours.
  Includes: Transport from Alicante, guide – trainer, bike rental and insurance.
  Material needed: Drinking water, spare clothes and shoes.
  
  
• 6th day Saturday 08:00–20:00
  JEEP SAFARI: An entire day of adventure and adrenalin in 4 x 4 cars, through paths that cross deserted villages, valleys, mountains, waterfalls and the beautiful landscapes of the White Coast. We stop for lunch at a restaurant along the way and, to top the day off, take a dip in the relaxing natural springs. 
  DURATION: Full day, approximately 10 hours.
  INCLUDES: 4x4 vehicle, route through natural paths, meal at the restaurant, entrance to the Fuentes del Algar springs and insurance.
  MATERIAL NEEDED: Driver’s license, comfortable clothes, sweater, swimsuits and towel.
  
  
• 7th day Sunday 11:00- 16:00
  CRUISE TO TABARCA: Enjoy an unforgettable cruise and discover the most beautiful corners of the coast. You can take a dip in the sea or dive under to see rich seabed of the Tabarca Natural Reserve. Departure from Alicante.
  DURATION: 5 hours.
  INCLUDES: Cruise, barbecue buffet with varied meats and salads, goggles, flippers and snorkel.
  MATERIAL NEEDED Clothes suitable for the weather conditions, swimsuits, sunglasses, towel.
  
  
• 8th day Monday 16:00–18:30
  PAINTBALL: The funniest, safest and most exciting adventure: a team sport in which you combine entertainment and exercise with the outdoors and nature; the trees, the hills, the rivers or the caves are part of the game and they will serve as your shelter. You will surely find this activity quite relaxing from any stress you may have accumulated during the week’s classes.
  Duration: 3 hours, transport to the “battle” zone and activity.
  Includes: Transport in 4x4 jeep, mask, overalls-type suit, marker with 100 gelatin balls with colouring and insurance.
  Material needed: Comfortable clothes and shoes, both suitable for the weather conditions.
  
  
• 9th day Tuesday 16:30–19:30
  WATER-SKI and CANOEING: The feel of the wind in your face and the sea under your feet, the pleasant temperature, the excellent wind and sea conditions and the beautiful surroundings will guarantee your enjoyment. 
  Duration: 3 hours.
  Includes: transport, trainer, boat trip to the sliding platform, floating bases to rest on, skis, life jacket, canoes and insurance.
  Material needed: swimsuits, towel and suitable clothes and shoes.
  
  
  
• 10th day Wednesday 16:30–19:30
  PARAGLIDING: You will follow the trace of the birds, feeling the pure breeze on your face, accompanied by an expert pilot. Gliding through the sky will prove to be an unforgettable experience.  
  Duration: 20 minutes, two-seat flight.
  Includes: transport, professional trainer, two-seat flight with trainer, helmet and insurance.
  Material needed: Comfortable clothes, gloves, and sunglasses.
  
  
• 11th day Thursday 16:00–21:00
  CLIMBING: One of the best ways to discovering the rich landscape and the surroundings of Alicante while letting out your adrenalin.
  Duration: 4 hours including transport to the place of the activity.
  Includes: Transport, climbing and security material, trainer and insurance.
  Material needed: Comfortable and flexible clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions, training shoes or trekking boots, gloves, sunglasses.
