Interrogative pronouns are pronouns to make questions. As in other languages, English or German for example, in Spanish language interrogative pronouns are typically placed at or very near the beginning of a sentence.
In Spanish normally in an interrogative sentence the order of the subject and verb is reversed:
Examples: ¿Qué eres (tú)? / ¿Qué es usted? - ¿Dónde vives (tú)? / ¿Dónde vive usted?
In Spanish language it is necessary to open (¿) a question mark at the beginning of a sentence and to close (?) at the end of the sentence.
Interrogative pronouns have always an accent (´)
Prepositions are placed before the interrogative pronoun.
Example: ¿De dónde eres? / ¿Con quién hablas? / ¿A qué hora comes normalmente?
